We do not accept returns without prior mutual agreement.

Claims for incomplete or defective orders should be made in the 15 days following shipping date.

Exchange fees of 5% will be charged on all returned orders with the exception of the following conditions:
Damaged by transport
Manufacturing defects
Incorrect items shipped (In this last case, the client will have to submit proof that the order was incorrectly assembled and shipped by our company.We reserve the right to deny any exchanges in the case where merchandise has been used or worn before being returned).
